This heater is amazing and it turned up 4 days early. It’s easy to use and looks great on my lounge wall. It heats up fast and I haven’t had to use it on the high setting. I did find it hard to connect to the Wi-Fi but that’s probably just me. Love that I can control it from my phone, great for turning on before I get home so it’s all cosy when I get in. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

I've had this for about 2 weeks now and it works as advertised.It took about 20 minutes to get it linked to Alexa but it connected eventually. No hassle.It works fine, I can control it via Alexa and SmartThings via Edge drivers and automate it according to the room temperature. Super easy.I also love the fact that there is a remote control on top of being able to automate it. Really handy.I think it takes a little bit more time to heat the room compared to a normal £20 electric heater that you can find at any supermarkets, but it's not that bad either. I would say it takes about 3 minutes to start feeling the heat in the room.

Perfect piece of kit for heating small spaces and wifi functionality with alexa works like a dream and the tuya app controls it very nicely for advanced schedules or timers, only real issue is that from the point you power it on the display is on regardless of the unit being in use or not and its extremely bright meaning at night it will light up a room to the point I had to tape a piece of cardboard over the display so it didn't keep me up at night when it was in the bedroom making the display then useless, it would have been a tiny consideration to have the display just light up for 1min when you interact with it and then turn off so its not constantly lit up.

The heaters themselves as standalone Wifi heaters are fantastic and you can use the app the program them to come on when needed turn off at certain temperatures, etc, etc. They heat up quickly and have barely made an impact on my energy bill at all.However these are advertised as "Alexa Compatible" and use an Igenix app. Igenix is not an Alexa skill, but is written by the Australia Tuya app development company and both their Tuya Smart and Magic Home apps will control these heaters.... Both Magic Home and Tuya Smart are Alexa skills that can be linked, but don't offer voice control for the heater.Don't be fooled as I was pay an extra £20 quid for the ones that Amazon recommends and that are "Alexa certified".Not enough of an annoyance to send them back, but poorly advertised by the seller claiming to be Alexa compatible when clearly they're not.+++++++++++++++++Update Jan 2021 - We lost all internet connection at home due to issues with our provider. Once it came back on the app needed to be reconnected and updated... Suddenly hey presto, Alexa skills with Tuya Smart is now working with this heater. Voice control is still a bit clunky as in you can't simply tell Alexa to make a room or a group a certain temperature. You need to tell Alexa to switch on each heater by name and then tell Alexa to set the temperature of each separate heater by name... Maybe the next update will allow Alexa to control the heaters by room name or group name... Who knows.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Setup easy and wall mounted easy. WIFI connected easy. However it stopped working after 7 days. Everything lit up through control on the heater and through the app it just didn't get hot. Really disappointed because we got rid of all packaging like most people do after a day or two so could not send it back. However I am an Electronics Engineer so decided to have a look inside thought maybe a thermal fuse was blown. Fuse and Thermostat ok. It turned out to be the element itself the whole assembly with aluminium heatsink was bent and distorted and the element open circuit. It was obvious this was installed during manufacture and although it worked for a while no doubt when they tested it. It should NEVER have been fitted in that condition. BIG LESSON Learnt. Although I liked the heater I will never trust that make again for anything.

This heater was purchased to replace an aging 2kw convection heater which I use in conjunction with a fan heater to heat my converted-garage office. It arrived swiftly and well packaged, the instructions are clear, and setup was a breeze. I already use a couple of other smart devices and so had the Smart Life app. Adding the heater and connecting to Alexa was completed in just a couple of minutes with none of the issues I was expecting having read other reviews.The ability to set the temperature and run time remotely is nothing short of fabulous. It should be noted that it is only on/off and temperature which may be controlled via voice command; with the app giving access to schedule and run-time options as well as high/low heat output. The heat output is good.Appearance is a bit subjective; I like the overall appearance but it is perhaps a little thick if you are going to wall mount it.The only negative, and it is a small one, is that the displayed temperature is not an accurate reflection of the room temperature. It takes a few days to work out what the numbers mean in relation to your preferred temperature.Overall I am impressed.

The point of buying a panel heater at over twice the cost of normal panel heaters is to be able to use remotely via Wi-Fi and Alexa. After spending hours trying to set it up it just will not pair to my Wi-Fi. I have other devices that pair easily but this will not. So no point in spending so much money when a standard heater will do what this does. After a day away from the heater I tried again using the smart life App, and this took a couple of times before I got it working, different to the instructions with the heater. Once up and running I am happily surprised at the functionality of the heater via the Alexa App and have now reviewed my initial comments. I think the product is quite good when using the remote settings, but wish they could update their instructions on this specific heater.
