This is the second mount from this company that I have purchased. The first was for the standard 16” studs that were in our bedroom. In our basement the studs were 24” so I had to purchase this model. The mount is very heavy duty with a wide range of motion. The instructions are clear and there is a wall template to help with the prep work. When fastening to the wall you will have to have two people or be a world class weight lifter. Like I said this mount is very heavy duty. I may be looking to mount one more TV in my office and if I do I won’t hesitate to purchase this again. Very happy with the results and costs.

Simple to put together

I installed this TV mount to handle my Samsung 85" TV. It's a heavy duty mount. The hardware is perfect. Install was not difficult, just heavy, as it should be handle 155 lbs. Great range of movement when needed. So far so good!

Used for an 86” tv. Very sturdy but does not do a full 90 degree turn for our size tv like it says it does in the description. A bit difficult to pull out and push in too. Need 2 people to do that but could be because our tv is so large. Overall still a nice mount with good range of motion and sturdiness.

Having mounted 14 different TV's and monitors I feel like I have a pretty decent idea of what is and what is not a good quality wall mount. I had not hung an 85" TV before the one I just did using this mount. It replaced a mount with a 75 inch set that technically could fit and hold the 85 inch but literally with zero room to spare so I purchased this for the larger Vesa standards and the larger brackets for the back of the TV. It is up and works great, full articulation (limited a tiny bit with 85 inches), moves with a nice smooth confidence inspiring ease and simply does it's job very well. A few things new to me were the plastic end pieces to prevent the TV from an accidental slip or slide of the TV off the mount and the "locks" that flip up and over the brackets again for security and safety which is appreciated. All that said I do have one issue with the mount itself, or specifically the brackets on the back of the TV. They are a bit weird with additional extensions bolted onto each of them top and bottom with what appear to be 4 screws each but also not anything you would be able to remove or adjust. Looking closely at these "screws" you can clearly see these were driven in by a machine looking more like a rivet almost with distorted, punched through mounds of metal on the inside where these screws pierce through. This leaving a non flat surface for the brackets themselves. Not sure why they wouldn't simply pump these out of the factory in the proper size instead of choosing to screw or bolt on the extensions with 16 additional, non adjustable screws but it didn't dissuade me from using it. My main issue beyond that which is just the way this mount is made is that one of the two brackets I received is way out of whack. It is unfortunately bent at a usable but barely usable degree that looks pretty awful on the back of the set. One bracket laying nice and flat against it and the other leaving just over an inch gap at it's widest and on top as well as another half inch gap after the screw at the bottom. It I don't think presents a problem but it is less than ideal to have imperfect pieces of a kit meant to hold a multi thousand dollar piece of equipment and especially one of the more vital pieces. I have seen worse, lots worse so I still am leaving 5 stars as it is quality and I would imagine my bent bracket to be an anomaly.

Impressed with this mount that I purchased to mount an 85” tv. Instruction manual was detailed and straight forward. Many screws to accommodate most TVs and everything you need to install on stud or concrete walls. My only complaint is that piece to prevent tv from falling off mount is difficult to install. Bottom line, highly recommend.

Bout a new TCL TV that required a 600 x 600 mount. I was unable to find many in that size but luckily came across a recommendation for this one on reddit. It worked perfectly for my 85" TCL.
