Not a fan. It’s very slim so if that’s what you’re after it’s good. However for me it doesn’t have enough of a raised edge on it to protect the screen when dropped. I dropped my new phone on the first day that I had it and chipped the screen protector despite having the case on.In the photos you can see that it has some slits at the bottom corner to make it easy to put on and take off. Whilst this could be good it seems to encourage the case to come off slightly and causes the phone to sit above the lip of the case.iPhone 12 Pro Max is and expensive case, the same company do a much nicer case which is only £2 more and had a much better protective lip on the screen - I’d encourage anyone to buy that one and avoid this one.

=UPDATE2=They delivered the clear case I wanted in the end, I must admit their customer service is incredibly kind and fast, wish we had those guys dealing with the products production, as they really care abut their customers.Remember to avoid this Ultra thin untile they fixed the issue.Anyway Thank you Serena from Torras!=UPDATE=Torras sent me a replacement protector free of charge, it's the clear case which "kind of fits" the phone but has the charging port accessible.To be fair I asked the clear one and they sent me the blue one...Don't know, they seem a very reputable company and the client support is indeed amazing, but...Extremely disappointed, the cover doesn't let the charger in, huge design flaw.Its a shame because the rest of the package is nice but makes everything basically useless of the product is defective.

As other reviews mention, the case did not fit perfectly in my new iPhone 12 Pro Max, which was disappointing.However, I got in touch with Torras directly, and within 24hrs they had responded offering a free replacement of the Military Grade case also available on Amazon, without any need to return the old case.Whilst I would not recommend this specific product, Torras have demonstrated impeccable customer service and I would definitely recommend the military grade case.

The case is nice and thin the plastic is pretty cheap and also slippery which isn’t great for the phone. If I had not used one the screen protectors I would be sending this back. The bottom of the case also does not fit properly and has to be moved to inset a lighting cable. For the money is okish at best I have had better cheaper cases.

No very happy the lip around it okay with the screen protectors but drop it slightly and smashed the screen protector what was good but the case comes away from the phone around the ear piece witch has resulted in a small chip out of my brand new design. Doesn’t really fit the phone perfect and the charger port cut out isn’t the best

I mean it’s a nice feeling case and everything but the bottom doesn’t connect to the phone properly.I keep having to push it back on from the bottom and when it comes to charge my phone I have to take it off completely! Definitely not worth £16 and will have to get another, better case ASAP.

Lets start with a positive - the screen protector is easy to fit.OK, now that's out of the way lets go on to what's wrong with this case..........Well simply, it doesn't fit properly! - the case is ever so slightly smaller than the dimensions of the phone so whilst the top of the iPhone is snug inside the case the bottom is popping out like an ill fitting bra and not in a sexy way either.This does mean it's a waste of money as I now have to order another case from someone else (that'll be Spigen for those wondering) - Shame because the version I had on my previous iPhone was a really good case.**Update** I’ve spoken to Torras who openly admitted there was an issue with the design of this model and have advised an updated version will be released shortly and in the meantime are sending an alternative model to fit my phone. Excellent customer service and hopefully the replacement will be as good as the Torras product on my previous iPhone which was excellent.

I have been getting these slim fit cases over the last few years and have stuck with the TORRAS ones, as they seem to be some of the best on the market.While I don't have the iPhone 12 Pro Max just yet, TORRAS shipped out my case really quickly.Included in the pack are 2 screen protectors, and the case (obviously). The screen protectors look to be TORRAS's standard protectors, and I have had no issues with applying them, and the seem to hold up really well. Getting 2 in the pack is a bonus if you ask me.The case itself it a little larger than the 11 Pro Max one and I think the new iPhone shape will take some getting used to, but the screen size looks much bigger if you go by the screen protectors. - I've included screen to compare the iPhone 11 Pro Max case and the iPhone 12 pro Max cases.Like previous version of the case the cut outs and buttons seem to be well made, and don't look like they will get damaged easily. I have never had one of the TORRAS cases get damaged yet.Update: There was an issue with the power port not being able to be accessed properly, which looks to be sorted by TORRAS. I spoke to support who sent out a replacement case quickly, and without fuss. Fantastic customer service from the team.
