The support is gentle. The silicone rings worked for me because the sizing was correct in the description. The magnets do seem to be helping as opposed to not having them in a brace. I wear them all day. I recently wore them for 28 hours straight because after work I had to do a road trip to pick up some eq and the day after, even with rainy weather still here, my knees actually felt better which I attributed to the magnets being the difference. Imo, it's pricey at $34, BUT I can't complain too much because of the pain relief I've enjoyed. Mine only slipped down once so far. I wear over the calf tube socks which I believe help keep them in place. After wearing them for a week, the Silicone rings became more comfortable. They probably stretched a little with daily use.

As a doctor, I have both personal and professional experience with knee injuries. I like this magnetic brace because of the way it fits most knees without bunching in the back, and the gentle compression which creates proprioceptive feedback and some gentle support to the knee. The added bonus of this brace is the magnets that give stimulation to the acupressure points which seem to make the brace even more effective. I recommend it for knees with discomfort and when mild support is needed, but if there is significant instability - a more supportive brace with side bars would be required. Dr. Kathleen M.

Update: The customer service was actually very excellent, so despite how much I was unhappy with the product, the customer service bumped my review up to 4 stars instead of 1. They reached out to me and took care of everything; I didn't even contact them myself, so that shows that they take pride in their product and want to make it right when a customer isn't happy. So I will add to my previous review that I wasn't happy with it, but others might be, so considering the level of customer service they provide, there's zero risk in trying for yourself. You will either be happy with your purchase or happy with the customer service in how they deal with the situation if the product didn't work for you.-----(Original review)Where do I begin?So the point of compression therapy is to actually compress the affected area and this compresses more on the bands at the top and bottom of the sleeve than it remotely does to my knee area. If anything, it's quite loose on my knee. I sized down since I was kind of between a large and an XL, hoping that would give my knee more support. Unfortunately, it just made the bands uncomfortably tight on me while leaving my knees completely unsupported.The sleeve is also rather itchy and uncomfortable to wear on my bare skin. I hated every minute of it. I decided that maybe I should just try wearing it over my leggings when I work out, but it slips down as the grip strip does nothing on fabric. So either I need to keep pulling them up every 15 minutes while I work out or I have to endure incredible discomfort while wearing it under my leggings.

I just had knee surgery (Orthoscopic/torn Meniscus) July 25th. Ordered on Monday, received next day!! Ordered size small, fits perfectly and so comfortable!! Still walking slow but this product is keeping my knee stable and I feel more secure with it on!! Absolutely 100% satisfied with this purchase!!!

Love the braces

Need a larger size.According to the measurements given, the X-large should have fit, but is too tight.Fits lower leg and ankle.It is soft and comfortable. Has very few (17), tiny magnets.I'll be watching for a larger size.

I did a lot of research before buying these. By that I mean I asked some friends what they use and looked on line for the best knee sleeves.I have been a carpenter for 30+ years and all the roofing and framing have taken their toll on my knees. I am 6'9" and weigh 168 lbs so I am not fat by far.Now the sizing chart recommended a large so that is what I ordered. They fit nicely and feel ok. Not much support but most of my knee pain has stopped after only wearing them for a couple of days.The only problem is they don't stay in place when worn all day. I have to pull them up a couple time through out the day.I do feel they have helped so overall I would recommend them.

Great product, good price point and these sleeves stay over your knee where they’re supposed to! Very comfortable, and the magnets are extremely strong and doing their job !!! Been wearing a knee sleeve over my right knee for two days and the exercise tendinitis is all but gone. Can comfortably bend my knee with no joint pain!!! Awesome 👏

The compression and support the knee support offers has really helped with my sore knee. Unsure if the magnets do make a difference but this is the best support I have used, the fit is good and great quality. Like that it is a 2 pack for the money.
