Product description was a little confusing in that the photograph showed a scissor jack however when the item arrived it was actually a pair of jack 'stands'.I notified the supplier directly and was immediately sent the correct product and immediate refund of the price difference.Despite the mistake i was impressed how painless and efficient it was in correcting the mistake.

VERY DANGEROUS
I have had the scissor jack for just over 2 years, have not had the need to use it much but have just used it and it collapsed while the car was in the air,luckily wheel was still on and my legs were out of way when it dropped. The female thread has shredded.
