Delicious udon noodles
Delicious! This brand is actually more expensive at my grocery store so I like buying the 6-pack here. It’s probably cheaper at an Asian market bu the closest one is 45 min away. I prefer the frozen noodles but they’re hard to find and this is the next best thing. I never make soup with it and prefer to use it in stir-fries like in the pic. The noodles are fat, chewy and round and really easy to slurp. It holds the sauce and any flavorings really well. It’s easy to cook. It always tastes really good.

Not bad
For a moist stir fry noodle I believe this to be one of the best. Flavor is good, texture is good, ease of cooking is good.Give it a try, you will like it.....

Second time for me on these. Handy to have around. Just heat in micro and use with broth for chicken soup.

Great tasting noodles
Ka-Me Japanese stir fry noodles are thick, with a nice, firm texture, and are quite tasty. According to the statement on the package, they come "fresh cooked" and could be eaten as is, but they are best cooked for 2 minutes in a wok or skillet or for 90 seconds in a microwave. (We tried the skillet recipe on the back of the package and were happy with the results.) They go well with a variety of Asian stir fry dishes. Also, each 14.2 oz. package contains two pouches, which is great for making just half the package. Although more pricey than most noodles, considering taste and convenience, they're worth the extra cost.
