Q: I am trying to upholster an oak chair but the wood is very hard. These might solve my problem but do the nails bend when used in hard wood?

Hi I used these on an oak chair attaching thick enough material... the trick I used was.... get a really skinny drill bit and drill a little hole first so it's easier to hammer them in. Use a soft mallet to drive them home otherwise you will mark the nail heads. Good luck.

Q: Can I use these on pine wood furniture?

I’ve used these on a ceiling and a old faux lord loom chair hard wood seat and they were good
