Audio2000'S AMX7374 12-Channel Audio Mixer with 320 DSP Sound Effects, Stereo Sub Out with Sub-Out Level-Control Fader, Level-Control Faders on All Channels, and USB/Computer Interface

The headphone out had an issue initially but was resolved. Everything else works as described with pfl and mute options it definitely made my life easier. I stream gaming and live music performances on twitch.tv/zekecooper so the pfl or prefade listen was key in being able to check sources before air. With the effects and built in soundcard For the money you can't go wrong.

So you can't record music unfortunately as you can see in the video. I followed the instructions word for word but hell no it doesn't work!
