Locking the safe is easy but not the inside safe. Directions are not complete.Not sure if water proofed or fire resistant obviously--not yet anyway hopefully never.Printer sits nicely on top.

I was looking for a safe of about 1.25 cu ft capacity, with some protection against fire, and light enough to put on a raised / reinforced shelf. The Nurxiovo Safe Box, 1.6 Cubic Ft looked like it more than fit the requirements.Wife said the brown color was OK, so that was an additional plus. (grin)My old safe's battery failed, and the emergency backup key did not open the safe either. The (expensive) locksmith cut open the old safe, then recommended a combination rather than an electronic lock. However, the combination lock safes were all too heavy. I hope the Nurxiovo emergency unlock system works, if the battery fails &/or the release mechanism sticks.The Nurxiovo safe was shipped via FedEx a business day after ordering, and received shortly thereafter.The instruction manual can be downloaded, or found inside the safe. It was ... not the best ... but a little hands-on experience with the safe itself was sufficient to make it work properly (take notes ... the "green button" is on the door, between the hinges).Since I recently received the safe, I cannot comment on battery life or durability of the unlocking systems, but they work OK so far. I installed Optimum Alkaline batteries, to help prevent leakage or unanticipated draining.The Master Key (rather than an electric solenoid) appears to mechanically move the bolts. That is good ... requires no battery power. The Emergency Key mechanically unlocks the bolt bars (again, requiring no battery power). The keypad unlocks the bolt bars, requiring some battery power. The alarm and indicator lights also require some battery power, but they are OFF most of the time.Since the hinges are on the inside of the safe, the edge of the door might strike the contents, preventing full opening. Also, since the door is quite thick, the inside of the door might strike the contents when closing. This should be a minimal problem, if contents are arranged judiciously.I cannot comment on the validity of the "Fireproof" statement in the listing, since I could not find additional, thick fireproof layers. However, the safe itself seems quite sturdy, and may offer at least minimal protection.

For some reason I have trouble trying to get it to remember the second code.

Perfect size for documents. Also indoor lighting is very helpful.

I feel like there is plenty of room inside this safe. It took a little getting used to as far as how to use your key and enter your code. A bit different from other safes. After I got used to the pattern, I don’t have any complaints about it.

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. I purchased this safe because I like the deterrant features it has with the alarm system, the quality however is terrible. This safe can be broken into judging by the looks of things based on how it is made, however I bought this mainly as a (deterrant) I knew it would not be as secure as the name brand safes. That being said this is just very cheaply made all around. The small inside safe for example, the door on it is plastic, you can bend it in your hand like a hair comb. The quilted design on the inside is special paper glued to the metal and is peeling. I recieved mine with a gash in the dial knob, paint chips on the exterior corners. Also, I ordered a black one, the seller sent me a brown one. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY.

this safe works perfect for our store. Just what we needed. Rest assured we will use this seller again in the future. My two sister in laws purchased one right after we did.
