Optimal
I enjoy reviewing products that succeed at blending form and function in an elegant package, and this is one. This novel orchid planter allows maximum air and light to the roots, while keeping the potting medium in place, draining freely, and virtually eliminating root damage during removal & repotting. The upright tines making up the “wall” of the planter are delicate but have a gentle flex, so as long as it doesn’t experience a strong impact, then I expect it to be durable. Excellent product with a modern elegance. I’ll buy more when I have more repotting to do.

THIS is the right pot for orchid roots, but price is ridiculous
The media could not be loaded. I am amazed that so few people having these plants actually don’t read how orchids grow in nature before repotting them. Otherwise, how to explain that only 1 (!) seller sells the right pots here?Orchid roots need:- air;- sun light;- space. This pot has all of these.Besides space for bigger ones (seriously, why is there only one size? And color two! Make it transparent blue, green, pink, yellow).Person growing and - what’s more important- - repotting (!) orchids needs a pot with holes which they can pull the plant out of, w/o breaking “researching” air roots. With other pots, having holes, roots will always grow through those holes in the outer world (which is normal) and there’s no way to pull the orchid out w/o tearing off the outer space part of the root. Not only it hurts the orchid, this actually stops the root from growing since its growing point is the tip! And there can be a lot of such root.In this pot, flexi sticks on the sides give in to the root (see the video), letting it grow through freely between sticks and when repotting I just lift the plant, roots easily sliding up and out of the pot.But why 2 pieces of transparent plastic cost soooo ridiculously much?!Because those who know will buy it: there’s no alternative.Plus those who think it’s just fancy, although for the orchids those are just healthy and practical.I wish I had a friend with 3D printer to make like ten of these of the size I need.People selling it: you know this type of pot is called CROWN, right? Why not put it in the product name?

This is an excellent pot for epiphytic orchids.
Epiphytic orchids grow up in trees in a medium of bark and bits of moss in the wild. They need quite a bit of water, but they need their roots to dry quickly or they will rot. Your orchid pot needs to have holes in the sides so air can get to the roots. This is a very attractive pot that provides plenty of air for the roots. My orchid is very happy in this pot.

clever idea!
This is such a lovely and unusual pot - it is surprisingly large, too! truth be told, i am quite concerned that it will be too big for my orchid to be comfortable, so i am thinking of ordering a smaller size as well. It does easily detach from the saucer - just twist the pot and off it comes. i must wait for the plant to finish its bloom cycle before moving it to its new home, but i am keeping my fingers crossed for success.

Lovely for orchids
So much nicer than the usual orchid pot inserts. Allows the orchid to get light to the roots while still looking good. They are a little expensive, it I feel they will last.

$41 is WAAAAAY too much for ONE FLIMSY PLASTIC pot!
Described as CERAMIC and plastic. It is ONLY plastic. As compared to other colors available from this company that were described as 1 piece, it was described as 2 pieces. So I thought I was getting 2 units. $41 dollars is WAY too much for ONE FLIMSY plastic pot.

Unique
Very unique planter, though more flimsy than I thought. Works well enough so far!

Best orchid pot
Love this product! It is so study, flexes with the roots of the orchid and is very ariated. However I discovered if you go to repotme.com directly you can earn perks and points with every purchase. I have since bought several more but from the manufacturer directly and not amazon. Either way I love this container!!
