I have PCOS and as a PCOS girlie I was very worried about my milk supply. When I realized it was dropping, I purchased these.I expected the thing every PCOS girlie does. That it won’t work. But I can honestly say, I am surprised with the results. Supplements always take a little to work. So I was on this for a week. After a week my milk came in again and this time, I didn’t have to be strapped to a pump for 1 almost 2 hours to get something decent. After drinking this every morning and night for weeks I saw the difference. I successfully made it to 6 months pumping. And I am so proud of myself.The taste is refreshing and it doesn’t have a nasty after taste. Which is what I was so concerned about in the beginning and after 6 months of this I can say if I ever plan to have more kids, I’ll take this and recommend this to my friends.

This product may not work for everyone, but when I first started using these supplements it did help out a lot. I like to mix it in with my Propel waters and I think it tastes good. Now that my baby is getting older and not as hungry as often as he did when he was a newborn, my milk supply has dropped a little. I still try to use this supplement as often as I can but it just depends on the person/body.

Awful. I’ve tried all the drinks now and I was so excited for this one. The flavor I got was the berry something and it smelled SO GOOD. Taste WAY different. I should’ve done a taste video. One of those super strong tastes that prompts a headache. Just not good. On to the next thing to try to help milk production.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I used these and didn’t really notice any changes in my milk production. They flavor was good and I enjoyed drinking it, but in my opinion not worth it.

I purchased this to help with my milk supply and I have seen an increase in output. It is not my favorite flavor but I add it into a protein smoothie and it is good.

(Berry flavored) I can honestly say that this actually helped. Within a couple days (48 hours taking 2 daily) my supply has gone up significantly when i was barely getting 1oz when my milk supply drastically decided to drop. First pump of the morning is my greatest and after that im gettig great results throughout the day. Now i take 1 packet a day and i have great results.

Was taking these to help with my breastmilk production and loved them! The flavor is great. Stopped taking them because they have fenugreek and I was not sure if it was affecting my milk supply or not.
