Not too heavy,easy to use,simple rechargeable battery operation.As someone with hands afflicted by arthritis and find manual secateurs not too easy this is a bonus.

Bought for my wife who has arthritis in her hands and she has used them on a couple of occasions and she is really pleased with them. Easy to use and cuts well.

Absolutely fabulous bit of kit. Cuts through small thick branches like knife through butter. Makes pruning an absolute dream!

Bought this to replace a Vonhaus model that was identical in appearance apart from the colour. That one seized after two years when it was asked to work too hard. Not asked too much of this one yet but it seems slightly slower in action. The battery is interchangeable with my old one which has a little less capacity.

The media could not be loaded. The first one lasted 11 monthsIt was only used for 3/4 months then only occasionallyThe second one lasted 14 months and only used a few times this yearAfter charging it will not turn off and when it does it will not turn on unless you take the battery out and put it in againGoing to ask Amazon for a refund

I purchased this item in March 2021. As my garden is large and I have arthritic hands, I decided I neededassistance with pruning etc., and purchased these secateurs. I am very pleased how easy they are to useand I can snip away to my heart’s content. Initially they felt cumbersome and heavy, but I soon got used to it. (I did feel like I was an extra in Star Wars!!) I do have one niggly concern as I noticed today that there are small nicks in one of the blades. (hence not given 5 stars) Does that mean they are going to become bluntand can they be sharpened? I notice there are no replacement blades on Amazon for this item.

This tool has done a great deal of hard work since purchased. Works very well. The safety lock button is a nuisance when in use, and recently I have found the blade stalls occasionally in the closed position (not because it's out of power). May be beginning to fail, but still a great purchase.
