PILOTMR Retro Pop Collection Gel Roller Pen in Gift Box, Purple Barrel with Elipse Accent, Fine Point Stainless Steel Nib, Refillable Black Ink (91404)

I have purchased 4 of the Pilot MR gel pens, I have 1 roller ball and 2 fountain pen. So it is easy to say that I love these pens (minus the one fountain pen that arrived defective) They are beautiful they stand out in a sea of plastic writing instruments and what really sold me: they are refillable. As I have grown older (I am still a young whippersnapper) I have become more cognizant of products that allow people to reduce waste. And on that count Pilot with these lines of pens deserve an A+++++My least favorite pen (which I use extensively) is the roller ball, My favorite is the gel roller pens thanks to the number of ink cartridges available I can have a pen with a different ink in a snap. I only became a fountain pen convert recently and I have to say after trying out several brands the pilot has become my favorite (Now if Pilot would put out a broad nib that would be super awesome)The other great thing about this pen is that you feel like a grown up at meetings and the pen does turn heads. People ask to borrow the pen all the time and I smile sweetly and say: "no."

This is my favorite pen! It has a great weight, not too heavy, not too light. It writes smooth and glides easily. And its pretty.

Nicely weighted pen! Like all Pilot gel pens, it writes very smoothly.

It's a well made pen with a pretty exterior. It arrived in a nice box. It writes smoothly. The price is right.But it's not that comfortable to use for long periods of time because of the weight and shape of it. Also, the cap snaps on tight but doesn't have a strong hold on the other end of the pen when you're using it and often falls off.Bottom line, I think it is nice to have on a desk or in a purse (with no worries about the cap coming off) but I would pick up another more comfortable pen to use.

THIS IS A HEAVY PEN VERY AWESOME STYLE I HAVE ONE BUT I HAVE GIVEN THEM AS GIFTS VERY APPROPRIATE FOR A GIFT........I'LL KEEP GIVING THEM AS GIFTS TILL I RUN OUT OF PEOPLE...THANK YOU PILOT

Grip is too smooth and an awkward angle. Pretty, but not functional.
