Particularmente me acuerdo de las costillas de puerco en chile piquín y frijoles! Verdaderamente extraño esos sabores, el sabor de los recuerdos y de la añoranza! Recomiendo este producto!

I bought these because a friend had this kind of pepper in a pepper grinder and I put it on my food and it gave it a nice flavor and hot but not unbearable heat. When I received these they looked great, nice whole peppers good color and I figured they would look great in the pepper grinder that I bought for them. Two problems 1) The grinder wouldn't grind them, I had to crush the peppers so that the grinder couple a get a hold of them to grind them up. That was probably my fault for not being careful enough on the grinder selection 2) They didn't have the heat I was looking for, the ones I received were way too mild and didn't add much flavor or heat to the food. I am a fan of this type of pepper but will try a different brand next time.
