However, after a few washes, the pillow cover's threads began to come out, and I found the lumbar support pillow to be too hard and uncomfortable.I reached out to Grin Health through a review and was promptly contacted by their customer support team, including Dharmendra Kumar and Versha Verma. They assured me that they would take care of the issue and promptly sent me a replacement pillow cover. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that the lumbar support pillow comes in different variations of softness, which I was not aware of before. Grin Health kindly replaced my lumbar support pillow with a softer version that suited me perfectly, and they even provided me with a spare pillow cover.I must say, their customer service is exceptional, and I was very impressed with their prompt and efficient response to my concerns. My experience with Grin Health, including Dharmendra Kumar and Versha Verma, has been nothing short of outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality pillows. While the idea to buy this was to get some back relief, I am not very sure if it serves that intended purpose very well but surprisingly it has multiple uses, which you can find through your own way, like a head rest or even between the legs, or at the sides. The important question here is- Is it worth buying? And there in lies the mystery, because you might not get the best out of it for what you really want but you may end up using it for something else and feel not too bad about purchasing it. As Tolkein wrote - All who wander are not lost. Perhaps you need to take your own journey to find if it's purposeful or nagging like that lingering pain which made you look up for such a product.

I ended up with extra back pain with this product. I think curvature angle could be much lesser to support upper lumber part. Sudden elevation probably causing the issue. I am sorry give the negative feedback but probably this will help the manufacturers to improve their product. Can’t use the product at sleep time.

Unique product. Rests the back completely in the night. To some extent I feel reduced stiffness and pain in the back after waking up in the morning. 1 extra star to the Grin Health team. They hear your concerns very carefully and offer a product which suits and supports your back.

Ordered one for another family member.I purchased the ultra soft and then wanted to try out the medium firmness. Decided to stick with the ultra soft.Excellent customer service. Very honest and trustworthy company.Go for it if you have cervical spondolysis or unexplained neck pain. This pillow is a game changer.
