Works very well, new life for old kit
I'm so pleased with this item, it takes the new DeWalt battery and adapts to older equipment. I have used it with my old circular saw, the Lithium battery seemingly giving longer run and more punch. Also tried on my jigsaw, which also ran longer and more consistently. In both cases the battery on the adapter didn't get in the way of the workpiece, so it's all good!

well it fits the battery BUT the adapter does not fit the drill.....cant see a variant so money down the drain

No good for DeWalt circular saw
Can't be used with the circular saw as it lifts rear of saw as battery protrudes below the level of the saw base ,works well with everything else ,but wanted it for saw more than anything else

el plastico no parece de la calidad de dewalt , parece mas como una copia mala , el funcionamiento con el taladro correcto , con la radial , y la bateria de 5 amp se calienta demasiado todo el conector , hasta llegar a oler un poco a quemado , pero bueno cumple su funcion
