MUCKBoot Men's Excursion Pro Mid Snow Boot

Great lawn tech boot!
If you are a pesticide applicator, this is the boot for you. Light weight, comfortable and has a shock absorbing sole like a regular pair of shoes. This is hard to find in an applicator's boot. They do run a little bit small so if you wear 2 pair of socks to avoid blisters, I would get a size larger than what you normally wear. I have seen people mention in reviews that the loop on the boot tears off easy and I can see that happening, but I never use it. I step right into them hands free no problem. Get them! Way better than muck boot's standard boots!

These boots are great, and fit great!
From the moment I put these boots on, I was very pleased. They look great, and they're very comfortable. I drive a truck/tanker, and I haul chemicals. When I've had leather boots in contact with certain chemicals, it destroys them pretty quickly, usually about every three months. It gets expensive when replacing them that often. I've got the Muck Chore boots, and really like them. I wanted a lower rise boot for summer, so these Excursion Pro's fit the bill. **Here's an important part about the size/fit. In tennis shoes and hiking shoes, I wear an 11 or 11-1/2. I read other reviews about sizing, and ordered a 12. I was a bit apprehensive, thinking they'd be too big. Not at all! They fit great! So, I'd say, go up one size, so you've got a little room, instead of a 'snug' or 'tight' fit. I'm glad I did. They don't make these in half sizes, so I'd recommend going up one size, for comfort.** Overall, great boot, great fit. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

Wimpy pull strap at back, otherwise good boot
I must like these because this is the 3rd pair I've purchased over the past 3 years. I do home inspections daily, so I'm constantly slipping these on and off when I go from inside to outside during inspection. The boots are comfortable, warm in winter, but no too hot in summer. The insoles hold up without shredding or rolling up after a lot of wear. The one negative that I've noted, both on past boots and the pair I just got 2 weeks ago; the pull strap on back is not designed to be used as pull strap. If the manufacturer is not going to secure this loop solidly to the seam at back of boot, I would suggest just getting rid of it. I mean, what's the point of having this big heavy strap if it's just going to rip off with a good tug. Some people have suggested just being gentle when pulling on, but the point of having this loop is so that you can pull on a pair a boots that may be a little snug. Otherwise, we would just pinch the cuff and pull on. Again, I really like these boots. They hold up for a good year or more with daily use and abuse, but come on guys, design a pull strap that works.

$120 Rip Off. Heal pull tab tears off instantly, Sole separated from boot and is not repairable.
I will NEVER buy Muck boots again. The first thing that happened was the heal pull tab tore away from the neoprene it is stitched too. Very poor design to stitch to neoprene. Now, the sole came completely unglued from the boot since it is only minimally glued around the perimeter of the boot and not the whole sole. I contacted Muck Boot company telling them I understand they are no longer in warranty (over the 1 year limited) but I would like to repair these, what glue do you suggest? They didn't even read my email. Their reply was it is not under warranty, send it back to where you purchased them. They couldn't even take the time to recommend a suitable glue to repair. Shoe Goo and Aqua seal will not hold rubber to rubber, it comes loose after half an hour of walking in cold weather. Never again will I purchase their $120 rip off product or any thing else from a company that has no interest in it customers other than to disassociate using the lame excuse No Longer Under Warranty.

Great set of boots
True to size, well made, perfect. They are my go to boot in the mornings when it's damp out. Wore them last winter as well helping to track a deer and they are surprisingly warm. Recommended

Heel came off
After wearing on weekend work detail the heel has separated from the boot and flaps, thought Muck Boots were the best quality for farm work but they didn’t hold up.

Lighter than my last pair
Light weight, but warmer than my heavier calf-high boots. Works in mud and water up to four inches deep. Grips well.

Nice.
Great service thank you.My feet are a wide 9 so I purchased a 10. I love muck boots as they are easy to slip on and off yet robust under foot. These are better than my old v.1 model as the sole is denser yet flexible. Really happy with them.
