Great product! Easy installation! After having my third door on my 2005 Astro Van with dutch doors keep hitting me on the head, I finally said enough is enough! I ordered these lift supports, installed them, and couldn't be happier. I have been using Astro vans for years for my business. The OEM supports always malfunction after time, it is just the way it is. So, I have replaced many of these over the years in different Astro vans. What impressed me the most on these particular supports is that the groove where the clip snaps into is machined all the way to the end of each of the support heads. So, you can start the clip on the end of each support head, slide each head over the ball post, then slide each clip down to lock the lift support in place. Great engineering! If you need these, do not hesitate to order, you will not be disappointed!

Solved my problem. East to install, Wished it was a bit cheaper but I guess it was a fair price.

I use my back Dutch Door daily taking items in and out for work. When its cold the top window door wouldn't stay open.After quick and easy installation the too door stays firmly open and requires to be firmly pulled down to close now. I don't fear hitting my head anymore.
