I have been using this product for a while now and can honestly say that it is one of the best protein/meal replacements out there. Quality ingredients and prompt delivery. I have recommended this to my patients. The fact that it's gluten free is an added bonus.

This is the worst thing I have ever tried to eat
This is the worst thing I have ever tried to eat. Stirring and shaking had no real effect, much of it didn't dissolve. And after blending, with most the lumps out, it remained gritty and thick. I threw out all but the first couple of bites, and will throw out the unopened packets too.
