The only difference, I think, is that 817 is a scoop neck and 1037 is a V-neck.

No. The fabric has give to it like a t-shirt but is not elastic.

Yes, the white color is very see through. The top is super cute and soft though, so I think I’m going to send the white one back and buy a darker color.
