Do Not Purchase A Mira
The Mira fitness tracker met my needs for a stylish alternative to a Fitbit (a product I used for well over a year with absolutely no issues). However apart from its looks, this tracker has been a disappointment. The first Mira I ordered would not power on or charge. After thoroughly reading the online FAQ section on the mymirafit.com website, I contacted Customer Service at Mira. The Customer Service Associate was helpful in determining that I had received a defective product and advised me to return it to Amazon to be replaced. Amazon replaced the Mira, and the second one I received worked well until this weekend; it successfully tracked steps and kept time for just over a month. Unfortunately, now the display does not work, and it no longer tracks steps or displays the time. Of course, the time period for returning Mira to Amazon ended eleven days ago, so now I have a very expensive piece of plastic and metal that does nothing.

Disappointing
I bought this product because it was latex free. I bought it in March 2017 and it quit working June 2017. The company behind this product says it is out of warranty. How can that be so when it is only four months and not a year? DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

So disappointed
I wanted to love this. It's a beautiful piece, but it doesn't track steps, or sync, accurately and after less than a month of use, the app has stopped syncing to the device completely. Not worth the price at all.

Looks great, works great
I have been wearing my Mira activity bracelet for about 2 months now, and I love it! I have not used a FitBit or any other fitness tracker before-- primarily because I could not see myself wearing a prominent, silicone plastic bracelet everyday. The Mira is attractive, does not feel cumbersome, and blends in with my lifestyle and aesthetic seamlessly. Thus, I actually wear it everyday and get the benefits of tracking my daily activity. I especially love that you can check it with just a gentle squeeze of the opal. An added perk is that it makes for a great conversation starter, as it looks cool :)I have not experienced any problems with accuracy. I charge it once a week, and it charges within a few hours. My only qualm with the bracelet is that I occasionally get a rash on my arm if I leave it on for prolonged periods of time (e.g., sleep with it on for multiple days in a row).

Works ok, but I find it difficult to monitor progress on the band. I have to sync ' to my iPad before I can see progress thus far.

Good idea but unreliable.
Bought for my wife and the first one had issues with the screen activating. Amazon was great with the replacement process. The second one's screen worked ok but the device simply couldn't compare my fitbit that my wife would wear to compare steps. Some days the two trackers were off by 5,000 steps. We would calibrate by going for walks and counting and verified the fitbit was spot on and the Mira would constantly miss steps. Product is a good idea but just is unreliable.
