Worst than originals
A common misconception about these suspension rod is that the springs give out and get weaker. That is not how they work. It is the cap above the springs and how 'sticky' it is to help dampen the bounces and wobbles. Check out the photo I uploaded. These rods use very little material to do the dampening. They are half the size of my originals and you can definitely tell the difference it you try sliding the cap up and down. I don't want to give a 1 star as they might still help others and I've seen ones completely worn out. But in my case the bearings were my issue but I replaced these first. I ended up replacing bearing and shaft twice thinking they were off balance and I also replaced a rotor position sensor. I never thought to restore my original suspension rods. But as soon as I did, no more uL code. I could have saved myself so much time and money had I never bought these in the first place. I'd return them but I ended up hacking them up on my journey to fix my unbalanced load issue.

Finally got the correct one, takes more than two hands to install. Anyway it didn't fix the balancing problem.

Junk! The rods wore out in 2 months - not recommended
Installing the suspension rods is a fairly doable project, there are several YouTube videos on the replacement. After installing these suspension rods the unbalanced load errors mostly stopped but after a couple of months the unbalanced load errors were back and worse than ever. The service technician said that while the rods looked new they were worn out, demonstrated by the tub bouncing when pushed down. After installing new OEM suspension rods the tub doesn't bounce and no unbalanced load errors. As critical as the suspension rods are to the operation of these type of washing machines sticking with OEM parts is the better choice.
