A necessary expense.
Prints Fedex labels for us. What can I say?

Bad quality, terrible service, no response!
Ordered total 12, four are not working correctly, finally replacements received but two of four are not working correctly, NO RESPONSE NO FOLLOW UP!

Caution: not compatible with Mac and has to have UPS software to use
I found out after receiving this printer that it won't work with the current Mac OS and it needs UPS software to work with; you cannot use it with stamps.com as it is erroneously reported.
