Venustas Women’s 3-in-1 Heated Jacket with Battery, Waterproof Jacket with Hood for Skiing

I really liked this jacket at first. It's thick enough to keep you warm & I like that it has an inner detachable fleece jacket (although only the outside of the fleece jacket has that warm soft fleece material). I got my normal size Medium & it fit as expected. The hood fits good which is a big deal because on a lot of jackets the hood is way too big & covers my eyes. I've never had a heated jacket before & wanted to give it a shot since it's been really cold here in WA state. There's 5 heaters but you definitely feel the one on the back the most which is nice. If you touch your shoulders you can feel they are a bit warmer. I never could really feel the heaters in the front. I'd wear it on the highest setting & I think the battery lasted around 4-5 hours. I was going to keep this but ultimately there were a few things that annoyed me too much so I'm returning it. Number 1, there's Velcro that goes all the way down the front of the jacket next to the zipper. I like to wear it unzipped while I'm at work and the Velcro kept snagging all my shirts & sweaters & making the material all fuzzy. That really irritated me since some of them were new sweaters. Number 2, there's a snap up high near the right shoulder and my long hair was constantly getting tangled around the snap & getting pulled out (pics show the snap). Number 3, this wasn't as big of a deal but this jacket is not flattering at all. Because of the heaters in the front panels it makes you look extra wide in the bottom half of the jacket. I look way bigger in it than I actually am. Because of those 3 things I'm sending it back. Wish I could have kept it because I like the heaters.

I love this jacket with my whole heart... I go on walks every morning at 0430 and its freezing. This jacket keeps me warm. My only issue is that the xs is too big which I am an adult small in any other brand so it does run big, I am glad I got the xs because I could not imagine what the small would be like. You want the inner liner(the heated part) to be close to you in order to feel the heat so I put a jacket in-between the two layers of this jacket to help with the fact that it is too big for me. Other then that I love it. I also do wish the battery lasted longer but to be honest it lasts plenty for what I do.

When I got this the other day, I plugged in the battery to become 100%. This is 3 in 1 so there's a shell and fleece inside (so it's WARM) but this is NOT light at all. It's a heavy jacket, maybe it's light if the fleece inside is remove (haven't tried that yet). I plugged in the battery and I thought, it is DEAD and not working. I contacted the seller right away & got the reply early this morning. Basically, the battery is not dead; this is part of Anne's email: "Could you please let us know more details about the heated apparel, when you plug the DC(or USB) cord into the battery, does the coat button flash 3 seconds in red/white and blue light then off?If yes, please hold press the coat power button for 3-5 seconds..." - well YES and all I had to do was to hold the button for 3-5 seconds to turn it ON/OFF and viola! The HEAT is ON!!! Love this jacket, my new fav jacket! This is definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're like me that always cold around fall/winter especially around back & chest area - GET THIS!!!

Got this for my wife, she loves it and it keeps her very comfortable even without the heat element on. She also likes being able to take the inner layer apart from the outer layer. She did say she expected the heating element to feel warmer at it's highest setting but that's the only complaint. Great gift idea to keep your loved one(s) toasty & warm.

Very comfortable and I enjoy it. My only complaint is the power cord to the battery refuses to stay plugged in. I have to constantly plug it back and and turn the coat back on.

This jacket/coat is basically what I expected. I gave it a 4 start review only because it does not have a double zipper and cannot be unzipped from the bottom. A jacket of this caliber should have more options for customization.As a horse person, I wish the jacket could unzip from the bottom to make it more functional for riding and doing farm work….getting on ATV’s etc.It is a weighty coat, but that’s to be expected with the additional functions of the heating elements. It has been substantial to keep me warm on cold winter nights on the farm. I like it a lot, but wish for a double zipper!

Company reached out to me with warranty info and sent a replacement battery and inside jacket part. My wife put it to the test with the lovely -15 degree weather we had roll through. Washed it as suggested and all is still working well. We appreciate the customer service.**My wife loved this jacket. Sadly, she just pulled it out the closet for winter use and battery says it’s charged but will not turn on the jacket. She’s IT, tried a few troubleshooting things and still nothing.I shouldn’t have to buy a $70 replacement battery in less than a year. Especially since she barely used it since texas warms up fast.

Great quality and looks nice! Very warm, heater works great. Battery lasted 4 hours on high! Got a size smaller for a more snug fit. Inner fleece comes out and can be layered with a different jacket. Inner fleece is the heated part of the jacket

These Venustat products are excellent. Although, no product is perfect and sometimes things fail, it's the vendor's support/response that makes all the difference. We have 3 of these Venustat heated vests/jackets and we absolutely love them. They're of very high quality and well put together. Recently, we had a battery fail after a few months of use. We contacted Venustat to advise them of the issue and they provided us with outstanding support. They took ownership of the issue and sent us a replacement within a few days and followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. It just doesn't get better than that. I highly recommend their garments and them as a company.

Battery does not last longer than what it says. Battery does not last longer than 15minutes. Way less than what they have said about the product. Bought two for a gift. Size fits well except for the hoodie part which way too big and ridiculous over size. It does not keep you warm as what it says either even it was full heat on. That full heat only last for no more than 10 minutes and not quite as warm. Battery dies if full heat is on within 10 minutes. It fits the size as expected. The down size of this product are the battery and the warmness of the product itself.

Very disappointed.The wire inside de coat disconnected after not even a year of light wear.For the price, this should not happenEdit: After contacing the company, they offered to send a new one, free of charge, as it was a problem with the clothes and not normal wear.Very happy with the way the situation was handled, I am now waiting for it in the mail.

I bought this jacket for my mom as a Christmas gift in 2021. She absolutely loved it and wore it all winter. Unfortunately, when she went to use it this winter the coat wouldn’t turn on at all any more. She was so upset. I got a hold of Venustas customer service and even though the warranty was out of date by 2 weeks, they were kind enough to work with me and send a replacement jacket! Hopefully this jacket lasts longer than the first one!

I got this for my girlfriend and I fits her perfectly. It’s really warm and it heats quick, only shortfall is that the battery pack is not compatible with normal USB power banks. It has a ac/dc plug. Other than that it works great
