Tachibelle Professional Nail Repair Kit for Broken Cracked Split Nails. Emergency Easy Quick Fix

This inexpensive brush on gel and dipping powder saved me from a ton of nail bed pain!Got my finger caught while closing a sliding closet door (!) and the nail trauma eventually turned into the nail having a thin crack more than halfway down the nail bed. Have used this product for several weeks on my natural nail which has allowed for the nail to grow out and heal.For the first few weeks I placed one coat of the gel topped with a thin piece of tea bag paper covering the crack/split for added protection (found this tea bag tip during my search online for what to do for a low nail crack), followed by another thin coat of the gel over the tea bag paper, then powder dip; buffed and then followed with a second layer of gel, powder, and buff. My nail was super strong and smooth with no fear of catching on anything. Reapplying as needed, about one to two times per week; soaked with 100% acetone nail polish remover to take off some of the product and buffed down a bit before reapplying. Once the split moved further up the nail bed I stopped using the tea bag paper to see if the product would work on its own and it has done so beautifully.Beyond thrilled that this was so easy to use. Kit was packaged well in a small box; liked that the powder jar had an inside seal, which was intact. Love the purple buffer!Now that I’ve been through this type of nail trauma I will want to have this kit on hand, always. Highly recommend based on my experience!

Trying to open a package, my nail got bent back across the middle of my nail bed! 😱🤪 VERY painful and any movement of the cracked edges cut into the pink nail bed and made it bleed. I needed SOMETHING strong to stabilize my nail like a cast to protect the skin underneath and support it long enough to allow the nail to grow out so I can trim off the damaged, broken pieces. I couldn't use an artificial nail because it could burn the skin underneath and weaken the natural nail! I'm a cosmetician and licensed nail tech so I know it's against code to apply tips over a broken nail. This kit is fantastic! It arrived very quickly. The gel is thick enough it didn't get into the cracks or hurt my nail during the application. It was very easy to apply and buff smooth without sacrificing any strength of my natural nail. It's thin and strong (I used 2 coats) and it stopped my broken nail from moving about, stopping the pain. It's almost grown out now... Just a little bit more to go after weeks, no lifting - which is better results than gel or acrylic nails. It's nearly undetectable too, once buffed smooth it has a natural nail gloss and is nearly clear. I will always keep a kit of this in the house just in case I need another nail bandaid cast.To the company, I can't thank you enough! To anyone with a broken nail you need to save or don't want to have to trim completely off, this is the kit you need. It's very easy to use and it actually works!

I just used this kit today, and I'm incredibly happy and surprised with the results! It was super easy to use/apply (just follow the provided directions) and the result is like having professional acrylic applied. I had already lost my middle finger nail on my right hand, and my thumb nail on my left hand was cracked (right side) and the pointer finger nail was cracked (both sides), all cracked below the quick (you might be able to see the crack lines in the pics). I had tried super gluing numerous times, and they just kept re-cracking. This stuff works perfectly! A couple helpful hints...1) suggest at least pushing your cuticles back, or, better yet, trimming them, 2) if you're going to do two coats (which I did), I would rinse the excess powder off in between coats, as the powder started sticking to the glue applicator brush, and 3) when you do the finishing buff, it says to use the fine side of the buffer, but you get a much smoother finish if you use the coarse side gently first, then finish with the fine side. For the manufacturer, there isn't a lot of glue provided in the bottle (mine seemed to be about halfway full), and a higher quality buffer pad would last a lot longer. Otherwise, a great product at a great price that really works!Note: My nails are natural, and I am in no way a professional manicurist, nor do I go to one. I just try to take care of my nails as best I can at home.

I grow my natural nails very long. If my nail cracks or breaks, I use this to be able to keep my natural nails for a very long time. When my nail breaks at the skin, this allows it to grow out to the point where it can be cut and once it grows all the way beyond my skin, I can use this product to keep my cracked nails growing until I'm ready to cut them. To keep your natural nails healthy don't peel this off. Soak it off with acetone nail polish then reapply.

I have a problem with my nail on my left thumb splitting. It's been an issue for 20 years so I don't think it's going away. I don't wear fake nails and my hands aren't always wet - I'm a graphic designer so I don't think it's work related. But it's annoying and sometimes painful.In the past I've tried fixing it by coating it with nail polish, bandaids, medical tape then nail polish over that, press on thumbnail - and they work for a little while but not great because they all have drawbacks.I saw this stuff which is meant to repair false nails and real nails, so I thought I'd give it a try. It works great! The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the glue included, which is required to make it work, can only be used once because after you open it, even if you put the cap on tightly, it becomes very thick & impossible to use again. Also, the bottle of glue is very tiny, there is hardly anything in it. I was expecting something like a regular nail polish sized bottle.Pro: it works very well repairing broken, torn or splitting nailsCon: the very small amount of included glue can really only be used once since it dries out very quickly, even with the lid sealed tightly.

Nice kit, full instructions included, as well as one sanding block and one emery board.Having used it for the first time just now on a thumb nail with a permanent ridge & split, I can see where applying the resin in layers that are somewhat thin (don't just glob it on!) will give better results, kind of like patching drywall: apply minimally, dry, repeat. A few thin layers are almost always stronger than one thick one, and I'll know for sure eventually because this split nail is unlikely to ever change - I'll be fixing it forever.- shake bottle and jar before using to ensure product flows.- let each application dry for a few minutes, then use a clean soft fluffy make-up brush and gently sweep away excess powder before applying more resin. Otherwise, the resin brush will drag loose powder into the bottle and cause it to thicken or even seal the cap shut.- sanding between coats could be a good thing but the instructions don't mention it. Theoretically it would prevent air bubbles that might cause lifting laterUpdate: it's been two weeks and my repaired thumb nail is as tough as ever, no cracking or peeling or anything. Wow, this stuff is pretty good!!

I love this. I was crazy gluing my own broken nails but it was messy. I came upon this and it's amazing! I only did 1 coat and the nail didn't split for 5 days. I followed the steps again and saved my nail from breaking off. And it dries so quickly and looks good even without polish. I work with my hands during the day in a hospital so it's very easy for them to crack, split or break. And don't forget, apply a thin coat of the glue.

I had a crack in my mail and went to the nail salon and they used glue. It held for a little over a week but started to crack again. I used the product for the first time and it was easier then I thought it’d be. The only thing when I use it the second time is to push the cuticle back before applying the brush on gel. The video they offered was also helpful. I used a couple quotes and I think it will last better than the glue. I’m impressed and happy with the purchase

Chemo damaged my nails long term. I bought this to try. Now I have stronger not brittle or cracked nails. It feels good. Read how this is used before you by.

J'avais un ongle craqué dans la peau et j'ai commandé cet ensemble pour le réparer. C'est facile à appliquer et ça tient extrêmement bien. Une fois limé et verni cela ne parait pas du tout. J'ai renforcé mes autres ongles et c'est magique. Je recommande fortement !
