I used my pan for the first time today. I gave this pizza pan 4 stars because of the high cost, long shipping time and it came slightly warped. However it's still a nice pan and I'm keeping it, can't find a stainless steel pan with holes anywhere else. It gets very hot because it's made out of steel, and the holes are a good size. We love crunchy crispy pizza and if you do too, this is the pan for you, despite the high cost. The typical baking time had to be reduced from what we're used to. If you like soft pizza, this pan might not be for you. I have been searching for a good pizza pan with holes that makes crunchy pizza for years, and I'm a big fan of stainless steel. This pan is not stamped identifying it as stainless so I hope it's not an alloy metal that rusts, stainless steel does not rust. For the price, this pan should be a high quality stainless steel. I'll update this review if that happens. I hope this pan holds up like stainless is supposed to as I've had many pizza pans that didn't cut the mustard for various reasons, but never paid almost $50!! And it's not non-stick as described but I didn't expect it to be.

I bought this item as advertised as a Stainless Steel pizza pan and it turned out to be aluminium. I'll be requesting my money back!
