The item arrived quickly and was well packaged.I had ordered it based on the sellers description of it as a "mattress topper" because I have just had a hip fracture repair and needed an extra soft mattress.I already have two toppers at home but neither were suitable as they are for a double bed, whereas my op requires me to sleep downstairs in a single bed.Both my existing toppers are thick and not unlike an extra mattress themselves.This product was not at all thick and offered no extra softness at all.It's nicely made and not bad value for money but as a mattress protector not topper!

Although I haven't washed it yet, this product seems very well made . . . it is exactly what I was expecting and wanting.

My daughter got a new mattress and topper said it is lovely and soft doesn't want to get out of bed best buy would buy again

My son finds it to be comfortable and cosy.Easy to wash. Not as thick as I thought it would be but still ok

The king size is not big enough. Will only fit a bounce bed

My two sons mattress are very hard and my eldest (9) was struggling to get comfy and sleep. After looking at many toppers I choose this one because of the good reviews. When opened it it wasn't as thick as description said. It has plumped up a little and does its job both sons have said they are really comfy and now sleep better. However I think for an adults weight they may not be as good (not that I have tried)
