Amazing
I’ve started using the 6 minute diary a long time ago and was sceptical at the beginning, but kept using it. After having filled out my first book, I decided to continue with their follow-up, the 6 minute diary pure. Both books have simply amazed me! I started paying attention to things I was simply unaware of before. I started working on myself and my patterns and most importantly, I realised what things are truly important to me and to pay less attention to the things that aren’t, which are simply a waste of time and energy. As I was about to order my next pure book, this journal was suggested to me and I bought it when I saw that it’s from the same makers. Smash hit! It’s exactly what I needed. The main topics are still mindfulness and focussing on the positives, but this time there’s a blend with the topic of productivity and how to better reach your personal and professional goals. I simply love this combination and the way this daily planner is set up. Thank you Urbestself team, honestly, your books are life-changing for me!

The perfect mix!
I was searching for a journal like this for a long time. In the past I've used several other planners, but they didn't work for me. For one thing, I don't need a calendar or a time planning system. For another, a pure gratitude journal isn't the right fit, either. Of course I want to be grateful, but I also want to set and achieve goals, to build a vision, to reflect and to focus on my track. The Success Journal ist the perfect mix for me! It's exactly what I want. I'm very excited! In the meantime I've reached my first goals and I'm really, really happy. 6 out of 5!

Finally a useful journal and not a repetitive goal setting to-do list
I have started using journals 2 years ago in hope to be able to track progress of creating the life I want. I was usually left disappointed by the way most "success" journals are laid out. They repetitively ask you to set your goals for the next year, then quarter, month, week and day. 50+ pages wasted on a useless crap that you may feel motivated completing when you first get your journal, but very quickly giving up as it feels overwhelming and just pointless.This journal however is very different. Instead of showing you an example of how to complete the pages with endless to-do lists, it guides you step by step to understanding WHY you want something rather than prompting you to list 50 random things that you WANT. It offers very useful insight into how we humans respond to change and coaches you through simple, yet profound exercises to develop your creative process and have fun with it. I actually found hard at first to change my perspective on goal setting, but eventually just decided to play with it rather than getting it perfect. And it worked a trick! This journal allows for that fun and flexibility, and makes it easy and fun to commit to.Thank you for creating it, I feel really grateful for finding it - I can definitely tell it was created from the Heart. ❤🏵😃

Finally found what I've been looking for!
This journal is amazing - I thought I'd wait a few weeks before reviewing as I'm one of those guilty of "good intentions" but end up quitting after the first few days - this is a game changer! Dont be tempted to skip the intro - it looks heavy reading but that is where the magic for the journal really lies! Once you read it you truly understand the hows and why's of the journal layout and it brings it into its own, and I can honestly say I can already feel it changing the way I manage my days, the "mental noise" and procrastination seems to have completely disappeared as I now only draw focus to the things in my day that really matter - I've become more productive and feel less "busy" and stressed as a result. I genuinely can't see my days ever starting without it now!

Good concept, but....
This looked promising and I enjoyed the introduction (all 70+ pages) but I found the actual journal very irritating. The slice of cake, the toppings, cherry on top....it’s too childish and takes away from what could be a brilliant journal. Why not call things what they are? There is also too much printed writing on each page, it outnumbered my entries. I really wanted to like it, but it made me feel like wanting to cross out all the silly titles every time I used it.

Changing my life, this book is not part of my life.
This is changing my life, fantastic book!I suffer with low mood, lack of confidence, anxiety and PTSD.This has really helped me feel calm and focused on what I do what while appreciating things and being in the moment.Will definitely continue these books long term and keep buying them.A to do list book, goal setting, mindfulness, clever questions and inspirational messages from very wise people.Would recommend to anyone wanting to make a positive change to better them self.

Excellent! As always
I discovered the 6 minutes diaries a few years ago and have bought them ever since. The content is amazing, they're high quality and come with a lovely design.Personally, I think they offer much more than just a simple diary. They help discover your inner positive strength and mine it. This is a lovely book for everyone who really wants to make a positive change to their everyday life.

This book changed my life
I'm not one for big reviews, but this is my second '6 minute' journal and I can't advocate for them enough. The '6 minute journal' taught me daily gratitude in a way that wasn't too mindfullness focused, and the six minute success journal has helped to create good, values based habits to actually stick. This book will teach you how to do the little things to change your life. I learnt so much about why my goals were failing from the theoretical section of this book and easy changed has made me see results quickly. 👍 It's a must read.
