7 years of HIGH TEMP Pizza cookin' on my Kamado Joe Classic
For 7 years this stone has made great pizzas. It has survived many a 1000F-1200F cooks. Great product.

PERFECT for a Kamado Joe or BGE.
I bough this for my Kamado Joe and have found I don't even need to use deflectors with it because it is so thick. This allows me to get up to temp faster and add fuel using the gap between the sides and the stone. It is the EXACT size of the two half-moon deflectors so it can be use AS a deflector if you have broken yours. The value for the price is the best in class and I am making awesome pizzas on the Joe with it! GET IT!

Happy with the construction/thickness
Ordered this stone because of the 3/4" thickness and the reviews that indicated that use it on Pit Boss or ceramic egg at high temp for pizzas. I had a 1/2" stone that cracked under the heat after during the 1st use in a Pit Boss so was looking for something that was thicker and rated for higher temps. This stone is 3/4" thick as advertised, the main stone is slightly thinner than that and there are ridges on the backside that take it to 3/4". Construction and weight are as advertised. I will update review after the first use and let you know how it did overall.

GREAT stone. First
GREAT stone.First, it fits perfectly between the handles of the grill in my Vision kamado grill. It is thick and makes FANTASTIC pizzas and bread. I'd say right now I make the best pizzas in town. I use this above a heat deflector and I think my system is almost perfected.My vision grill gets to 900 degrees, but the stone typically gets to 600-700...it takes quite a bit of time so I usually wait about 45mins from lighting to cooking. At 600 degrees this Vision grill/stone setup cooks a pizza in about three minutes. I use caputo 00 pizza flour that I buy here on amazon.Always start with fresh charcoal, no ash.

Works well with the Kamander
I purchased this pizza stone to place in my Chair Broil Kamander kamado grill to use as both a traditional pizza stone and as a heat shield for low and slow cooks. The stone fits great and has worked out great so far after a half dozen or so cooks. This is the first pizza stone I have owned and it seems to be decently thick (3/4").

Works great.
Fits perfectly on my Broil King Keg. Works great. Let it preheat and then cook at 425 to 450 for about 20 minutes. No reason to take grill up over 600 like many reviews say because then you have a very narrow margin of error. A pizza peel is a must unless you have a couple of extra large burger flippers.

Works great so far
Very thick...cooked a great pizza, but did take a while to heat up on my Primo Ceramic grill (comparable to BGE). This was just my first pizza on the grill, and i only got the temp up to around 525 degrees. Future cooks I intend to cook closer to 600-650 degrees and I will update this review if I have any problems at these higher temps.

This is a VERY HEAVY DUTY pizza stone that works BEAUTIFULLY on our Kamado Joe Classic BBQ. Produces wonderful pizza! Love it! I place it on top of the Kamado Joe heat deflector plates, separated by five ceramic electrical insulators that I had as spare parts from a Ham Radio antenna project. It has withstood temperatures of nearly 900 degrees when I mistakenly let our Kamado Joe run up to full temperature before shutting down the vents. Very tough stone!

Useless for home cook
I've heated this stone for over an hour at 550F in the oven.It makes a pale bottom bread.Actually, this stone insulates the bread from the heat.
