Soldering Pan w/Clamp & Pumice 7” Rotating

This is a good product. I like that it swivels. I set the wood on the handle of the tweezers on fire the second time I used it. My fault, so I switched out the tweezers for a pair that's all metal, no wood.

It rotates smoothly and I'm glad I purchased this size instead of the 12".

Re-starting my hobby of 40 years of creating silver & turquoise jewelry. This is far better than the old soldering pad I have been using all this time.Thanks.

Product included everything listed. However, the rotating part was not attached. It would to apear it was poorly glued on. An easy fix but still little disturbing. Other wise happy

The rotating base just fell off. The glue looked like glue from a hot glue gun. It pulled off quite easily. The surfaces were not prepared for glue to begin with. I sanded the parts and re-glued with epoxy. The thumb screw for attaching the third hand to the base is too short and will not close far enough to clamp to the base. I'll have to get a longer screw from the hardware store before I can use it. Overall, I will be able to use it after repairs, but I should not have to do that, especially for the price I paid for it. If you can find a different one, buy it, otherwise, make your own.
