Q: Will it fit a 64oz HydroFlask?

Base was wide enough but almost everything is top heavy in the holder. Holder sides aren't high enough to stabilize a regular size tumbler

Q: How much weight can this hold in the top cup expander?

Not much... It easily tips over with even a smaller insulated water bottle in it. I ended up purchasing a Seven Sparta cup holder with a different design that works much better for my needs. This unit is now just collecting dust on my garage shelf.

Q: when you have the two cup holder things out does it move while you’re driving?

Hello, you could use the Sponge Pads( including in the package) to fill in the gap between the mount and the base of the holder, in this way, the two cups will keep steady while driving..

Q: What is the difference between a and b ?

Functionally, they are the same. The difference is in color. Two-Cup-A is pure black, and Two-Cup-B is carbon fiber black.
