The media could not be loaded. I was a bit hesitant because there were mixed reviews and I wasn't sure if the cup was BPA free or not. Yes it is BPA free and it is not as bad as some of the reviews claim it to be. It's a very hard plastic, so of course if you drop it, it can break. It's double walled/insulated so it keeps the cold drink/ice for 2+hours. I love making my own iced coffee and iced lattes but I was never able to find a cup big enough to hold drink and ice in it, so this one exceeded my expectations.

This is the perfect cup for any frozen drinks but unfortunately this shipped from China and both cups I ordered were broken other than that they are perfect size but they were both cracked

This is great for everyday use if you aren’t so clumsy. If this drops it will break. But overall I love to use it for smoothies and homemade frappuccinos! The packaging did come broken and the straw wasn’t packed correctly so it came broken but the seller was understanding gave me a small refund to makeup for it and I still kept the cupEdit: Used it for a pretty long time, even my mom loved it. Eventually, I dropped it and it broke. If your not as clumsy as me it’s a great cup for frappuccinos and smoothies

The package arrived with a large hole in the straw. The seller wanted pictures of the clear straw, so I had to purchase another set of straws before I could use it. After the 2nd use, the outer section of the timber detached from the inside making it a standard dome cup, just reusable. It has basic function, doesn’t provide any insulation with barely acceptable craftsmanship. It is perfect for my home lattes though, just know what you’re buying.

i went to so many starbucks looking for a frappe mug. none had any. this is exactly what I was looking for so we can make starbucks at home instead of spending so much.

Buyer beware. This is the only dome cup I could find on Amazon and will never buy from this seller again. I actually purchased 2. I informed the seller that the seal would not stay in place in the lid and that when I would flip the lid to put on the cup, the seal keeps falling out. If I put it on the cup then the lid, the seal is uneven and it leaks real bad. The seller did nothing to correct this problem. Very disappointed!!!

Only thing about this is I'm afraid to drop it cause it will most probably break or Crack on the 1st drop. I got this to make homemade Frappuccinos and it works great!! I enjoy it.
