Best electric resin burner on the market.
Great resin incense burner with wonderful added features. Allows temperature adjustments and has auto shut off ranging from 1 -5 hours or continuously which is great. The price is very reasonable compared to other items as I have purchased other burners at similar prices that do not have a heating element. So far the heat elements are still working great after almost 2weeks of non-stop use. It is a heavy well made product and the lid stays on perfectly. The cord is located at the base of the unit and does not interfere with use of the burner. I liked this product so much that I purchased a second one in gold. I have not found a similar product elsewhere so overall I am a very happy customer.

Breaks instantly; dangerous fire hazard
The power cable broke after about two days and two uses. I opened it up and it's pretty clear that the wiring was dangerously badly done. The power line was half an inch long and touched the contacts for all kinds of components, frying and melting them. Would have taken them about 3 seconds to do right or they could have caught it if they just looked at it for 2 seconds. Insane. Criminal. There are about 1000 incense burners being sold on amazon and they're all using this exact same power cable. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.

Had it upside-down for half of its life
Before using this product use your mind because I had it upside-down! we had no idea what side was the top, which was the reason why the essence wasn't heating up-

Aesthetically pleasing.
This is a lovely burner. Beautiful in design. I am still trying to find the perfect heat setting for me.

It is very convenient
I love this burner. I like the fact that it has a timer so that you don’t have to worry about forgetting it and your Oud smelling burnt.
