This was purchased as an addendum to be used with for a student studying Christiandom Era History. (11th Grade) It fit the study topics perfectly as it was an overview of key events up to just before the reformation.

Excellent presentation of the historical development of institutional Christianity to the dawn of the Reformation. Dr Johnson communicates exceptionally well.. Good attention to relevant detail, concisely presented.

This is college textbook quality, and is an enjoyable read. Very well researched, well written, and tongue in cheek at the appropriate times. Well done!

Very academic. You will have to listen to some chapters several times to get most of the benefit of the author's knowledge.
