I bought these to make an "impossible object," see photo. They are well-cast without voids or inclusions, and strong enough for making decor items, such as a towel bar or shelf bracket.The description says they are threaded NPT, but although the threads *are* tapered, the taper is slight and not quite a standard NPT. Also, the description states oddly that batteries are not included, which is true!I mainly left this review because I don't think the seller is being clear enough that these are NOT pipe fittings, and must not be used for plumbing.

Worked great for loft bed railing. These were easy to clean up and paint.

First attempt at building pipe furniture and fixtures, these work great and much less expensive than buying locally at the big box or hardware store. Threads were nice and clean, and fittings fit well. Will buy again as I expand use and craft.

I liked the look and quality of the product. The price is great. I would like to be able to purchase these by a set of 2.The only negative thing I can say is they were a little difficult to screw into the rod of the same diameter.

These elbows were a great purchase! We used them for our hand rails for our deck. They were a less expensive alternative to buying actual plumbing parts for a decorative purpose.

Used these to make shelves and am very pleased. I did paint them as they are more gray than black.
