Eager Sicilian Lemon Sparking Soft Drink 12x 330ml Bottles

We love Sicilian Lemonade and have tried many varieties over the years both here and in Italy. Im not totally convinced by this one.Yes, the bottles are beautiful swing top preserving bottles that are usable limitlessly, and for the price you get a dozen of them, which is an admirable bonus to this lemonade.The bottles are filled haphazardly - all of which, are topped at a different level.But where it fails for us, is the flavour of the lemonade. It lacks authenticity, yet it's pleasingly slightly pulpy and very carbonated - enough to witness a gratifying "pop" with each opening.Made from lemon juice concentrate, which is hugely apparent to me as a seasoned drinker; and not as pleasant in flavour.Our  favoured brand in the UK is Luscombe Sicilian Lemonade,  which is made using Spring Water, not tap; Organic Sicilian Lemon Juice, not concentrate; Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Organic Sicilian Lemon Oil, Organic Madagascan Vanilla Extract. They never use concentrates and this is very apparent in the depth of flavour afforded by Luscombe.That said, it's still very passable. Our young son loves it, but he is restricted on his consumption of carbonated sweet drinks.If you require the lovely thick glassed swing top stopper bottles anyway, then having them arrive filled with this pulpy lemonade would be a bonus - especially as the empty bottles themselves, can cost just as much in this current climate.3 stars

This is a pack of 12 zesty Sicilian lemon sparkling drinks. These come in a cardboard tray sealed together in plastic and were packaged well and survived transit with no breakages.Each bottle is 330ml and the bottles are lovely quality glass ones with the Kilner style flip top lid. Each bottle has a plastic seal which you tear off before then flipping up the lid, releasing the pressure.The drink itself is fizzy and refreshing, these contain a large about of natural juice and also have sugar in to balance the acidity, they’re fairly sharp and sour like real lemon juice but they’re thirst quenching and not overbearing in taste, it tastes like real homemade lemonade but with a sparkle.The bottles are great and are easy to re-use as the labels peel completely off with no residue, great for home brews, home made juices and more.Lovely product and I will be looking into more of the range!

This is a well presented beverage with impressive add unusual flavour. It's reminiscent of any other lightly sparkling cloudy lemonade, except that it has a thicker texture, is both more sweet and more tangy, and has a strong flambéed lemon flavour I've not tasted elsewhere. In short, it's a uniquely flavoured lemonade drink, and I very much enjoyed it both alone and blended with bourbon or gin.The only downside is the price. I could see myself paying £2+ if out and about in a bar or restaurant, but despite it's excellent flavour it's a lot to pay for multipack lemonade.

I love cloudy lemonade so have really enjoyed these - very nice full lemon flavour but as with very decent cloudy lemonade they can be a little heavy on your tummy if you guzzle them. Incredibly refreshing though and super sweet - perfect for me. The bottles are really nice too and perfect for keeping if you like to make things such as sloe-gin. They're not cheap, but at 330ml each and for the quality, flavour and re-usable bottles would still recommend.

Great taste, not quite like homemade lemonade, but way better than any other I tried.The bottles are very useful as I'm saving them to bottle my cold brew or other drinks I'll prepare in the future.It's a bit costly with a price per bottle of £2.3 but isn't crazy expensive. As it's a really delicious lemonade, I think it's worth it.

OH loves lemon drinks, and says this one is very nice. The right combination of sharp and flavoursome. Can be used on it's own, or as a mixer. The bottles are attractive reusable glass bottles. Now, these are really not cheap, but it's a quality product.

This lemonade type drink does have a very nice strong flavour!, but as a sufferer of bouts of acid indigestion unfortunately this made my stomach react straight away.. I am, to be fair, gutted!. The taste is very rich and lemony and i only wish i could drink it!.If you don't have issues like mine then i would say go for it, it really is delicious .The packaging is excellent and i will be reusing my bottles for some kind of upcycling, they are just too good to go to the recycling.I would recommend.They arrived on time, very quickly and very well packaged.

You get 12 really tasty and beautifully presented lemonades in a pack and we set them on the table for our Christmas lunch as the soft drink option and the whole family enjoyed them.There is a bit of tricky plastic that needs to come off each of the bottle's lid and neck that is a bit fiddly to do but once done you have access to the lid and it opens with a lovely little "pop" and you are good to go.The Lemonade is good and sweet but with a zesty sharpness to it. It's very easy to drink and also not overly carbonated.Each bottle has some sediment which shows the actual fruit content of the lemonade (17% Lemon Juice) and is nothing to worry about (see photo). I tend to just turn the bottle upside down once or twice gently before opening.When finished, the bottles are reusable and after a clean can be used for further drinks, salad dressing etc.These are some tasty premium looking lemonades that we really enjoyed.
