Durafit has great customer support and their treadmills are high quality. 10/10 Product.
Excellent treadmill, durable, nice functions, smooth, easy to assemble. Durafit called me on their own after placing order and also after delivery to ensure everything was perfect.Don’t go for cheap Lifelong treadmills, spend a bit more and go with quality and reliability and good after sales support.

Faulty Product and bad customer service
It's been 1 year that I've purchased this product, and it has gone in to repair 4 times already. And what's worse, their customer service is extremely bad! Every time I ran into the problem, I had to follow up multiple times to get the solution. And now that the product has stopped working completely, they've stopped responding. I'd suggest not to buy Durafit products please
