Not a good buy...
This didn't even last 3 weeks. The velcro on the front just ripped right off when putting a laundry load into the cart. I thought this was a heavy duty liner, but it was thin and not up to my expectations. I also thought this was waterproof. It didn't look to be waterproof. The cover didn't stay on as the velcro just didn't stick properly. Heavy winds was able to blow the cover open and all my clothes were wet by the time I got home.

What I needed
My other liner was old and ripped . Bought this to replace. It’s a little big for my cart but does the job. I would recommend it
