Not Favorites, but Still Good
I'm always looking for cost-effective insoles that are both durable and supportive (my favorites are $50 a pair, so finding something cheaper is always a goal!). These are definitely better than some I have found, but they're just not my favorites. When I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they seemed a little flimsy, and I couldn't imagine that they'd actually be supportive. I WAS WRONG. They are actually very supportive and not at all flimsy when put into shoes. So, that's a huge plus. They also do seem to be durable and comfortable. There are two downsides. 1) They're pretty thick, so you definitely want to go a size up on any shoes you put these into. I have them in a pair of flat dress boots right now, and it's made them very snug.2) The arch location seems a little off. It could be just my own foot. But, it just feels like, when I trim these according to the designated lines, that the distance from the heel to the arch is too great -- that the support arch is too far forward. I did a little extra trimming and finagling, though, and ended up making them work. But, it definitely took a bit of work.Just as a note, these supports have high arches. If you're wanting a low arch, look elsewhere. I need the high support, so these are actually perfect for me in that regard. But, for some people, it's too high. All in all, I'd possibly buy them again because the price is good and they are definitely far better than many others I've tried. But, I'll probably reserve these for hiking boots which usually have a great deal of space. And, honestly, these will be a little lower on my list because of the arch location.

Look ok but arrived broken and dirty
I was looking forward to getting this for my shoes but it arrived with the inner plastic bag broken. The outer mailing packaging looks perfectly fine. Did I got shipped a damaged pair? It looks dirty enough that I had to throw it out.

RGA insole review
These insoles arrived in a clear plastic bag with no supplier information on it. The insoles are true to size and have several trim lines for adjustment. The insoles also have cushion pads in the heel and forefoot areas. The arch is high and there is a rigid support structure under the heel and midfoot areas to include the arch. Typically there are two types of insoles that are marketed for flat feet, ones that have a very low arch and those that have a very high arch. The high arch camp attempts to force arches where there aren't any to correct the issue but this tends to be very painful for some. I'm not a fan of that philosophy and prefer low but supportive insoles rather than to try and force arches in my flat feet which in my experience doesn't work. If high arch insoles help with your flat feet then these insoles would be good to relieve pain but if you need a low arch insole then this isn't it. They do seem to be well made and may work for some, just not for me.

Good price and supportive for high arches....
I'm still getting used to these after a day but my feet are conforming with them as they do after a certain amount of time. At first the arch felt a bit high, but is adjusting and they feel good now. I'm using them in my Keen shoes and the sizing was correct and the fit is easy and slides in nicely. The higher arch in these supports will help with pronation which is turning in of the feet rather than out. The arch prevents this from happening so it's very comfortable on the feet but may take a little while to understand this process and have the mind and body adjust. Good price, good fit. Will purchase again.

Nice support.
These insoles are pretty good support. I have plantar fasciitis and have been looking for insoles I can put in my expensive flats I had before my diagnosis. These have great support but do not fit in my flats. They make the flats too small. These would be good in tennis shoes or if you can get your shoes a half size bigger. Great support though and easy to trim.

Stiff Support Inserts
I recently have had to make sure that all of my shoes have adequate arch support. Rather than get all new shoes, I am adding inserts. These can be adjusted to fit your shoes by trimming them. I wear size 7 1/2 and had to trim even past the lines provided. These have the stiffest support of the inserts I have tried so far. I think they will do better in my athletic shoes.I also had to trim the sides slightly to fit my shoes.

So far feels good, does have a decent arch support, had to cut it in the front
Had to cut these in the front to adjust to my feet size. These feel a bit firmer but did provide a decent arch support so far. I have just used these so far for a few walks. This one deserves at least 3.5 stars.

Not as comfortable as I'd hoped.
I don't have flat feet or plantar fasciitis, but I do have other foot issues, including some scar tissue. I wore these all day working on the concrete floor of my garage and on a stepladder, and by the end of the day my feet were extremely tired -- surprisingly so. I'd hoped for better results.
