Good sized bottle and concentration compared to other brands I've used in past. Has helped prevent recurrance of optic neuritis. Consultant recommended 8000 - 10000 iu of vit D a day due to nerve damage and to help prevent MS. So far so good, if I miss it by accident I can tell due to pain and sight issues, so it must be working. Also seems to help my eczema if I rub it directly on 🙂 Will buy again.

When ordering, I did not pay attention to the fact that vitamin D is the basis of sunflower oil. Who came up with this? Sunflower oil is vitamin E, vitamin E is not listed anywhere here. Vitamins D and E cannot be taken together, they are incompatible. Vitamins K and E cannot be taken together, they are incompatible

Fiddly but a good vitamin
This is great but the dropper bottle is fiddly, leaky and just a wobbly mess. It needs to be redesigned.It’s pretty much tasteless and easy to administer to children.

Arrived today - Shame about the dropper
Cant write a full review of the quilaty of supliment just yet. But I dropped a star here as the dropper when fully pressed fiills to 0.5 and not up to 1. Not a big deal really, just fill twice. Now lets hope the prouct works. No real taste, thats good news. Good health to all.

D3 vitamin with K2 drops - Good thing to be taking during this winter.
As advised by health advisers I have been taking Vitamin D3 + K2 since the first lock down. This is especially needed in the winter months to maintain good care of bones, and our immune system.
