like many of the people who bought one or anyone reading this, we want a way to add our powders into water bottles of our choice without making a mess like children.works great and feels good in the hand, feels like any other scoop that comes with products, my only real advice if you buy one is to break off the lid, if you leave the lid attached by the tab it gets in the way of you scooping products from the jar they are in, the lid just snaps on and off without much hassle, I haven't used it to travel so I can't speak on that aspect of this product but just by using it I can tell you that it might not be the best product for that, it isn't seal proof so leakage of powder can happen
