According to a certain website, the reviews for this item can't be trusted. Yet, I received this bag and it is beautiful. The material feels high quality and the hardware is sturdy and attractive. I'm curious what the large "V" means but don't need to know to enjoy the bag. I wanted a shoulder bag with a short strap and this strap with the attached chain accent is perfect and the chain is metal, not plastic. However, it may sound strange, but the things I'm most impressed with are the zippers. With inexpensive bags, zippers are usually choppy and just not high quality. These zippers zip and unzip like butter and yet are still secure. All the zippers are of high quality. And the zipper "edge" isn't just a piece of fabric hanging over the side but has a gold hardware tip to conceal the material. It is lovely and I'm very happy with it. I have been using it since the day I received it. My only complaint is that my phone doesn't fit into the side pocket which is rather small. Otherwise, I love it and am happier with it than I have been with a purse in a long time.

I bought this to use as an overnight bag to put my socks and underwear in for trips, but when my wife saw this she immediately snatched it from to use a purse. She receives a lot of compliments. Me? well I keep looking for another bag

This purse is 5 star!!! Quality and beauty!!! The size is perfect. Not too small and not too big. It has cross body option or handbag and the strap is so cute I leave it on even if I am only wearing it as a crossbody!!! This bag is designer quality. Def my favorite purse!!! A must buy!

Bag looks good, and will suit my needs mostly, but it's missing the shoulder strap shown in the pictures for this version of the bag.There's a note on the box that it was damaged in transit, but it was packed with other Amazon items so that must have been from when it was shipped to Amazon.Little bit smaller than I thought but that was on me for not checking dimensions.

So happy with this purchase. Well packaged to! This is way nicer than expected...so pleasntly suprised! Would buy for gift to. Omg so happy! Ecstatic!
