My husband has had pain in his foot for years. After the doctor recommended these liners, we tried them and within a week the pain was gone. Highly recommend this. BTW, they never knew what the pain was or what it was caused by.

Good for ppl that weigh less than 200 lbs
I have metatarsalgia brought on by my job which requires me to stand 8-10 hours a day. I also have severe heel pain just from foot fatigue. I would say this is definitely a decent orthotic for the most part. It's definitely better than anything "store bought" that I've tried. It does require a bit of a "break in" period, and it doesn't work nearly as well as I had hoped for the price. I would say that this would be perfect for anyone that weighs less than 200 lbs ish. But for those ppl that are closer to 300 lbs, this does not help nearly as much as needed for long periods of standing...
