XPETI Men's SnowRider Insulated Waterproof Winter Snow Boots

I like boots. All kinds of boots. Cowboy boots, work boots, hiking boots, snow boots...name a kind of boot and the chances are I'm gonna like it. I really like these boots. First, they look great. They're stout and, like I said, chunky. They're very comfortable for kicking around in, snow or no snow. I was at a soccer game early this morning and, at around 34 degrees, my feet stayed toasty. I wouldn't wear these on a long hike of any kind though, I find them a bit too heavy and loose fitting for that - they're zippered so there's no way to snug them beyond pulling the zipper all the way up. I have an older pair of a similar style but different brand and they have the same issue. I found that the fit was accurate (size 13 shoe, size 13 boot - better fit than I expected actually). I've yet to get them wet and I haven't trudged through any snow yet. The tread is very aggressive, which I like a great deal. I'm sure the snow traction will be good. Very easy-on/easy-off. While they're not at all uncomfortable, I'll probably add some gel inserts because I like them. All in all they appear to be a good quality, well constructed boot. Hard to beat for the money. I was not familiar with XPETI until I came across them on Amazon. They have quite a line. If these hold up reasonably well, I'll buy more.

Because of both hip replacements and short arms I could no longer tie any laces so I tried slip-on boots without success,. I was avoiding those with zippers as most revues complained the zipper broke after awhile. I decided to give these a try anyway because I figured they would be much easier to get on and off.I happily found that these were quite easy to put on and take off after I applied some Zipper Wax. This made all the difference and will, most likely, extend the life of the zippers.Overall, these boots have been perfect for my needs. Went in -8 degrees weather and feet stayed warm.My only complaint is that the insole inserts literally came unglued within a couple days. They would bunch up into the boot until you pulled them out and tried to get them back in smoothly. This has raised my concern a bit that these are not made well enough to last very long. Aside from this, I would have assigned a 5 star rating.

I was going to buy the Muck boot zip up winter boot, then looked at the Merrel and North face equivalents. Twice the price they were. But the price wasn't all that important. The reviews for these was on par or even better. The main factor was they just looked better. Lol. For $70 I took the plunge. Walked around in them in inclement weather for a day. Comfortable, and ez on and off. With this style boot I'm always worried about the zipper breaking as has happened to me with cheaper versions. This boots sports a YKK zipper which is very important. Any object is only as good as its weakest point. So far it seems that the zipper is sturdy zips up and down easily. So far so good, I will update this review as time goes on, hopefully they hold up for the winter,and if I get two seasons out of them win.

Fits good, room for heavy socks, good traction. Zipper is a hard ti pull but they are new yet. 15 minutes at 18° and my toes were just starting to get chilly.Would i buy again ? At the price point I got them, I think so.Update, I've been using these for about a week now, zipper is much easier. Yes i would buy them again.

No zipper in back like picture. I ordered size 11, too small ordered size twelve in brown color, got black color. But overall I'm satisfied with this product. Order a size bigger than what you normally wear.

These are comfortable shoes, but they seem to run large. I ordered an 11 and it felt like a 12. Since you use the zipper to get in and out, there's no real way of adjusting the fit. As a result, the shoes were easy to put on and easy to take off, but when you walk, they move around a lot. I would say these are great "occasional boots", like when you're going skiing, or wearing them for the drive to work and plan on changing out to your "inside shoes" when you get there, but not great if a lot of walking is involved. This was not what I was looking for, so I returned them, so I cannot comment on long term reliability or how waterproof they actually are.Pros:- easy on, easy off- comfortable- appeared to be well constructedCons:- No fit adjustment- Seem to run largeRecommendation: If you're looking for a "quick entry/exit" boot for short periods, you should give these a try, but order a half size down from your regular size.

Cannot tell much about its durability yet but so far so good.Definitely a very good value if it lasts as expected.

Suite à certains commentaires, j'avais pris une taille plus grande; 9 plutôt que 8 et elles me conviennent parfaitement ainsi . Une taille de moins et elles auraient été trop serrées. Elles me semblent plutôt bien; je viens de les recevoir, donc je n'ai aucun autre commentaire pour l'instant. Elles me conviennent . Prenez garde à la taille. Même avec une taille plus grande elles sont très ajustées et je ne les ai essayé qu'avec des bas d'été pas trop épais. Elles sont arrivées dans un parfait état et les crampons semblent assurer une bonne prise. Au besoin (après un usage répété) j'ajouterai des commentaires.

Solid build. Love the overall look. The fit is snug with excellent thermals. Very happy with this purchase.

C’est une bonne bottine d’hiver pour le prix, il faut changer la fausse semelle à l’intérieur qui se déplace quand on marche par une de qualité et chaude, ça améliore le confort et la qualité. C’est un peu étroit pour le bas du mollet quand la fermeture éclaire est fermée.

Boot so stiff that your foot can’t bend while walking. Boots returned.

Déçu il mentionne avec crampons, ceux ci sont encastrés dans la semelleQuel est l efficacité a suivre ????
