My wife owns several GreenPan’s and loves them all. Well made, hence durable and cooks and cleans up well.

I saw reviews that said that these pans are not compatible with induction ranges. They are compatible. I understand that reviewers can disagree on opinions about features and performance, but this is a question of fact. Do they work? They do work. No opinion involved. So I don't understand why some people would simply say they don't. I did get a kick about the pan boiling instead of sautéing or browning. Boiling is cooking food immersed in water, while sautéing involves cooking food in a small amount of oil. Sure, it is a problem if you don't get the oil hot enough. But the result in not boiling.They are good looking cookware. I have been using them for eggs, pancakes and bacon. I stopped making omelets years ago because I could never get them folded right. I always just ended up making scrambled eggs. With the GreenPans I am back to making omelets. I had to go to the market just to pick up more eggs and some omelet fixins.They are non-stick and easy to clean. I will not say how long they will last, but I am taking care of them. Preheat for 90 seconds and then add some oil or margarine. I use only plastic, wood or silicone. I clean them as soon as they cool with soapy water and a sponge. It has only been a couple of weeks, but I will see how they last. As of now, they are great. They look great and they work great.

The media could not be loaded. I want to start by saying I love this brand. The quality is impeccable!But this set I does NOT include a 2 qt pot… it is a 1.5 qt pot. That is the only reason I took a star away. I specifically purchased this set for the 2 qt pot (1.5 is not large enough for my specific need), and figured I’d make use of the additional larger pot.

These pans are great! The thick base makes sure there are no hot/ cold spots and nothing seems to stick to them. Make sure you have or buy silicone cooking tools to use with these and they'll last a LONG time. The only downside we've found is that the handles tend to get hot, but in terms of cooking they're brilliant!

The media could not be loaded. The pots are easy to clean but the fit for the lid is off and water seeps on to the burner when covered for rice and quiona.

Product description states 2 quart and 3 quart pans. Actual pan sizes in set are 1.5 quart and 3 quart. Pans are sold from Greenpan through Amazon. Pans are great but this marketing error is unacceptable. I really need the 2qt so now I have to purchase that separately at a much higher cost. Very disappointing.

These pots are wonderful! Just the right size . Cooks evenly and cleans easily!

Die Lieferung ging sehrschnell. Ich habe die Töpfe schon ein paar Mal benutzt und bin super zufrieden.Ich hoffe das die Keramikbeschichtung hält was sie verspricht. Die Töpfe sind nicht unbedingt günstig aber wenn die Qualität auch in 2 Jahren noch so ist, lohnt es sich das Geld zu investieren.

Although we bought this saucepan seven weeks ago we have only unpacked it today.We have tried it on our new induction hob and it will not work, all our other pans workperfectly, we followed the manufacturer’s instructions and still nothing.To late to return it now, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.
