Looks nice, hard to fill large containers, annoying safety on hot water
Bought it for the looks.Cold and room temp water pour more slowly than hot. Large pots do not fit in the recess.It has a safety lock on the hot water that is more annoying than useful. Had to disable it by screwing it in place in the pushed in position.

Not very satisfied
Reviews of this product mentioned it was quiet which led me to purchase. In reality its like having a vacuum cleaner constantly on in your kitchen. Most of the time we have to turn it off just to think. It's annoyingly loud! I did see others say that the water pours slowly but never thought for a second it would be that slow. You need the patience of a saint just to fill a normal glass. Really not happy with this product

Kept breaking down
This product has broken down THRICE now and ive only had it for 6 months, its very very loud and keeps shaking, the bottom of the loading dispenser rocks, its not stable. Dont waste your money and time with this one

OK product, if you have lots of time !
This product looks good and is quiet but the speed at which the water is dispensed is far too slow. Surely this could be made quicker very easy !
