I have a problem with falling asleep. I'm exhausted all day, always ready for bed. But once it's actually time for me to fall asleep, my body is wide awake. I purchased these to help me get to sleep. I work at 6am and have to wake up by 5am, so I try and be asleep no later than 11pm, which is hard for me. I only use these once or twice a week, because I don't want to use them every night. Every time I've used them, it helps me fall asleep within an hour. I notice I start to yawn a lot, my eyes feel really dry and heavy and I feel myself getting tired and am able to fall asleep quickly. However, whenever I take these I cannot stay asleep through the night. I end up waking up by 2 or 3 am every time! And I'll wake up between 1-3 times in the night before my alarm goes off. I'm not sure why it is but I'm not a fan of it. When I don't take these pills, it does take me longer to fall asleep, but I sleep throughout the night and don't wake till my alarm goes off. So when taking these pills, even though it helps me fall asleep, I believe I'm getting a less quality sleep and less sleep time than when I don't take them.
