Missing pieces
Great design, quality pieces (well fitting), assembly documentation is well written. Lots of potential, but the reason for the 2 stars, MANY missing pieces. I have a large inventory of pieces/parts ( about 50#) so I was able to overcome. However, someone without my resources would be very frustrated, especially someone new to the MOC builds who may be permanently turned off from a rewarding hobby.

Shoe Store?
I think not. Tailor’s torso ‘mannequins’, parts that look like rolls of fabric, ‘cutting’ table, scissors as part of the signage…….it’s a tailor’s shop. With that said, its a good build. Especially for those who like detailed interiors. I didn’t have a problem with missing parts or the quality of the parts. Since the ‘famous’ maker of similar sets has elected to go off on obscure subject matter, it’s nice someone is making modular buildings. If you collect brand name, fine. But, if you collect modular buildings, this is a great way to obtain them. I’ll be ordering more.

We have no idea why it's a shoe store!
This model is incredibly detailed, but in no way did we see that it is a shoe store. There is a "store" on the first level, but no shoe pieces are included. The apartments above are pretty cool though!

Not as pictured/not new
This item was advertised and paid fir as a new item but was sent out of the box and clearly used/open. Very disappointing as it was meant for my son’s Christmas present. Unacceptable actually and a bit fraudulent to advertise and well as new in box when it was not.

Missing Parts and no way to replace them.
Right out of the box, the first page of instructions I found more than a dozen missing pieces. Nowhere in the instructions or on their website could I find help. SAVE YOUR MONEY, forget General Jim.

I cannot review as it is a Christmas present for my grandson.
Dislike - no box

For the cost go but real Lego
The cost should say enough. They are charging you Lego prices for a knock off. Bricks are discolored, the design itself is stolen. A lego modular runs $169-$249 on piece count. Put your money into real Lego..
