Best Compute 24 pin to 8 pin ATX Power Supply Adapter Cable for DELL Optiplex 3020 7020 9020 Precision T1700

Purchased this adapter to connect a VisionTek “650W PC Power Supply – 900347” to a Dell Optiplex 9020 motherboard for support of a VisionTeck Radeon 7870 EYE6 graphics card. The Dell Optiplex model motherboard power connector ports have only, one P4 connector for the CPU, and one 8 Pin power connector for the board.Also needed a “StarTech.com LP4P4ADAP 6in LP4 to P4 Auxiliary Power Cable Adapter” to connect an LP4 cable to the P4 morhterboard CPU connector

Ordered two, one was a dud

Works perfectly with Dell OptiPlex 9020 MT. The O9020 is a decent machine except for the small PSU it comes with. This allowed me to swap out the 290W PSU with a 600W PSU.

Worked great. Easy to use and now I have a new power supply and lots of connection options for an old Dell OptiPlex 3020. Put a new graphics card in and it is like a new machine
