As one reaches their senior years there is often a change in one’s reading interests. Even though I have always been science minded; nevertheless, I have also explored numerous esoteric subjects such as Zen, Taoism, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Quantum healing, Reiki and various other energy healing systems over the years. This is why the title of this 73 page soft cover book (The hollow bone healing: Miracles and messages from the Quantum field of source energy by Phoenix Rising Star) caught my eye while browsing on line. I decided to purchase this book on Amazon and was pleased with the quick delivery service.As mentioned previously, I have read and took numerous energy healing courses over the years but I had never heard of this particular system. This is a fairly new system which seems to be based upon the therapy of “The Healing Angel Protocol.” The author also offers a home study course and teaches live workshops on her healing system.Like most successful energy healing systems this program is based upon developing your love and forgiveness qualities in order to be successful at healing yourself and others. The introduction explains some of the basic principles “The Hollow Bone of Healing” method. The first part covers how to sense energy and be the hollow bone of healing. The second part of the book focuses on the self-healing techniques while being the hollow bone of healing. The third part explains how to live the hollow bone of healing.In conclusion I found this book to be somewhat interesting and informative for those seeking to learn about this particular energy healing system.Rating: 4 Stars. Loved this book initially. Good day read. However you will get good Andes guidance - unconditional love which is important to have for everything. Once you get into the book I feel the author pushes website and courses too much. So instead of enjoying the book as much as I could the push to buy more started to get old. If that was changed it would be major improvement as some good basic information.

The author of this book, Phoenix Star Rising, emailed me and gave me personal attention to see how I was doing with my understanding and learning of her material. She has approached me with unconditional, which is the basis of The Hollow Bone of Healing. I highly recommend the material if you are looking for greater spiritual connection. She is a wonderful teacher and this book has a lot to give those who read it.

I just started this book and am practicing the visualizations daily, preparing myself for upcoming breast cancer surgery. I find myself, when I am alone, feeling a joy inside my heart which brings a big smile and a feeling of extreme joy! I always knew about unconditional Love but did not realize how to actually practice is. I was lucky enough to meet Phoenix twice now and experience 2 separate quests with her. She is awesome and listening to her voice in the downloads brings me such joy. I am excited about my future journey and feel that God has sent me a huge learning experience with the cancer. I do not feel fear, I feel this is a blessing for my spirit. Thank you Phoenix!

The audio meditations that come with this book are really good! I go back to them often. Also, an easy read despite not being a huge fan of books. I'm a big fan of taking responsibility for my health and mental wellbeing, and am deep into self-healing. It's very empowering. This, method is a wonderful tool that has boosted my own technique.

This is to a more advanced education beyond the Law of Attraction. Potentially clearing all the blocks so many people have from meager understanding of the Law of Attraction. Her guided daily meditations with Angel merging could cause major blocks to be gone for good. I will have to post an update after experiencing the meditations over a substantial period.

Wonderful tool very useful when learning to heal

This book may be very good for some but it just isn't for me

Reading this little book with "parallel" listening to the audios /meditations that come with it (for free!) takes me - takes you! - to a "different" places, opens up inner spaces and reactivates inner guidance in a way that reminds me more of the effect of a seminar than that of 'just' reading a book.
